From application to your first sale

Apply online
Fill out the application below. We review every submission and aim to respond within 5 business days.

Curation review
Our team reviews your products for quality, craft story, and fit with the Hala aesthetic. We may request sample photos or a call.

Onboarding
Approved makers receive a dedicated guide, help with their maker profile, and product listing support.

Start selling
Go live on Hala. We handle payments, customer service, and marketing — you focus on your craft.
Our curation standards
What we're looking for
- Handmade or hand-finished — each item crafted or meaningfully touched by human hands
- A genuine story — a person, place, tradition, or process that customers can connect with
- Consistent quality — products that meet the same standard order after order
- Regional or cultural roots — ties to the Arab world, or a craft tradition with depth and meaning
- Reliable fulfilment — ability to ship within your stated timeframes
Not a good fit (for now)
- Mass-produced or drop-shipped goods with no handmade element
- Products that don't comply with UAE import regulations
- Digital-only products
- Items without a traceable maker or craft story
Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway — we assess each maker individually and sometimes make exceptions for exceptional work.
